I have been passionately practicing yoga since 2007 and with the trainings, researches and techniques I have received from inspirational trainers, applied through the filter of experience and proven results;
to have the opportunity to share my experiences with my students is extremely satisfying for me. The world of yoga offers all of us a unique chance to connect with ourselves and honor life. It's time to live from the inside out, putting yourself first.

It is a work that provides waist and spine support with breathing exercises to make the pregnancy period more comfortable, reduces problems such as nausea and cramps, and prepares the body for birth. This yoga can be done not only for normal birth, but also for any birth that will take place.
