About the event
In this workshop, we will meet ourselves and work on our own unique qualities, our journey, and how we can ignite the Feminine essence within us. We will practice a unique combination of yoga, breathing, energy practices, dance and healing methods that guide you and effectively help you access, purify and elevate your feminine energy so you can meet your feminine essence and your own truth.
During the 2-hour workshop, we will do yoga, meditation, dance and visualization.
At the end of the workshop you will feel:
- The pleasure you get from yourself, the moment and life will increase.
- You will feel your hormonal balance more.
- It will provide deeper and more restful sleep.
- You will feel more attractive, energetic and lively.
